Shipping & In-Store Pickup

Please allow 2-4 days for your purchase to ship. Our staff fulfills orders on a biweekly schedule, or as our studio hours allow.

Please note that Mirth is not responsible for customs or duties imposed by the country of destination. While we assume responsibility of our items until they arrive at their proper destination, we are unable to offer refunds for packages lost or stolen after delivery to a customer's given address. 

 

 

All of our web inventory is stored offsite from the Greenpoint location. We are unable to offer try-ons of online items before purchase except in special circumstances. 

Paid orders placed through the online store may be picked up from our Greenpoint storefront at no cost. Selecting local pickup at checkout will automatically remove the shipping charge from your total. Please allow 2-4 days for your item to be brought to the Greenpoint store before coming in for pickup; check for a confirmation email before making your trip. Once ready, orders must be retrieved within 2 weeks of purchase.  

 

 

We do not offer returns or exchanges for items purchased online or via Instagram. Thank you for your understanding.
